there is a lot of information available for me to start training network administrators. I can train them on linux, internetworking (need Cisco Simulators). it is probably a very good opportunity especially where there are simulators. A Network Administration Course is also essential and it can possibly cover:
Mailserver Installation and Administration (Linux, sendmail/postfix ....Windows, Exchange)
Trouble Shooting skills
Lan and WAN installation and administration
Dialin Servers and Administration
vendor Management (service level agreements , selection and management)
Network and Technical Support Management
Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation (includes comms equipment)
Inventory and Asset Management
Network , hardware and software security
Server room design and management (include growth strategy)
Budget planning
Team building in Technical Support and Network Management
Brainstorming and creative thinking techniques for network managent and support
Ethics in Technical Support and network management
